He has supported stakeholder consultations, regulatory assessments, and the preparation of analytical reports for development-focused projects.
Before joining Handel, Adrian gained hands-on experience in an Alternative Dispute Resolution-focused institution, where he supported arbitration, commercial mediation and negotiation proceedings through to settlement. He has also worked in public interest law, legislative review, and human rights monitoring, strengthening his litigation research and advocacy skills.
Adrian has published on law, governance, and public policy issues and is a member of the East African Law Society Technology & Media Committee and the Young ICCA Community.
